Our new company headquarters is taking shape

It was a historic moment for the SYNCRAFT team when we broke ground for our new headquarters in Schwaz on May 25. We are constructing a new company building with offices and a production hall on an area of around 4800m2. The building, not far from our current headquarters in Schwaz, will create new space for up to 100 employees.
In addition to power plant construction, research & development and administration, the aftersales, automation and gas engine service departments will also be united under one roof at the new site. And the construction progress is impressive: The company building is scheduled for completion in July 2024.
We would never have dreamed of this, but now the time has actually come! We need more space for our employees. As a fast-growing employer in the region, we not only want our jobs to be great, but also our workplaces.

In December, the shell and roofs were completed and the topping-out ceremony was held. The future SYNCRAFT building will be largely built using solid wood construction and state-of-the-art technology. As a modern and leading company in the field of bioenergy, it goes without saying that our new site will be highly energy-efficient and operate without the use of fossil heating technologies.
Furthermore, impressive elements made of climate concrete will be used for the first time in Tyrol. The company is thus demonstrating how environmentally friendly concrete can be used as an effective CO2 sink by adding biochar to store carbon in the long term.
